Terms of service

Payment: 50% of the total payment must be made before the commencement of art development, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the art.

Information Provision: The buyer must provide all necessary references and information for art development.

Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe for custom arts ranges from 10 to 30 business days, depending on complexity.

Revisions: Sketches will be provided for the buyer's review before finalizing the art. After approval of the sketches, no further alterations will be allowed. Up to three (3) revisions without additional cost will be accommodated. After that, an additional fee of 10% of the total art cost will be charged for each additional alteration.

Artist's Portfolio: Some of the developed arts may be included in the artist's portfolio for promotional and selling purposes.
